Around 10 -20 interns we do host in a year along with volunteers, and believe that they can have a large impact on societies and on our organisation process. Over a time of 10 years, Human welfare voluntary organization, based in Kashmir, has proven a unique credibility in the field of Development with special focus on Environment,health,education and women empowerment.
Over the years, leading Institutes ; Kashmir university, central university of Kashmir and Islamic university of science and technology, have assigned their students for internship to HWVO. These interns over a period of internship and volunteerism ranging from 3 months to 5 months have aided vastly from the rich learnings of our institution and its purpose of peace and development in Kashmir valley. These students are being given necessary orientation classes by our well experienced team, before sending to different field for conducting important research and gain relevant experience. while conducting impact analysis of various development programmes and providing HWVO a critical overview of its programmes, have also got an opportunity to understand the rich culture and enjoy natural discourses of place.
Students with a specific objective of taking up studies in Community Development are welcome to gain and utilise their knowledge in the respective sector.
